I went to Magic Water about 9 years ago and it was awesome. After my last experience on 8/20/17, I regret coming back. The lines were at least 45 minutes for the most basic of rides. The park was understaffed, which made every run very inconveniently. They got rid of the water coaster, which was the only reason I went back. The water was freezing cold, almost unbearable. They are also the only Waterpark that doesn't serve alcohol. I was very dissatisfied with this visit and will not be coming back or recommending this park to anyone.
Magic Waters is a good place for families. They have a decent amount of activities for families and kids. They just added a water slide that drops you straight down which is fun for adults. Wave pool is always a blast. They are in need of a lot of repairs though. Majority of the water fun in the lazy river does not work. Also, majority of the kid area does not work, you basically have the bucket and slides. All the gears are there to play with but no water comes from any of them. The price they charge is definitely higher than it should be but every once in awhile they do $10 deals and those are the times I take advantage and go.
This place is great and feels safe to let your kids run around. I'm not excited about the price increases for next yet, but they're a business and gotta make some money.
The most water park bang for the buck. If you want top notch slides go to Hurricane Harbor or the Dell's, but my family enjoys this park the most overall.
Went yesterday and we all had a blast! The lines for slides were fast moving, the wave pool was fun, we weren't crowded, and the gift shop was nice.. the bathrooms weren't the cleanest and I felt like the staff dreaded being there. They weren't very helpful at the bottom of the slides on trying to help people and the same in the tiki island. But overall we had a good time.
