Went in today to finalize the paperwork for my storage unit. Phyllis was absolutely fantastic. She walked me through everything from how to pay my bill to showing me where my unit was and how to use the llocking system. The office was immaculate as was my storage space.
It was easy and simple, Samantha even went out in the pouring rain to show us the units because we wanted to see different sizes. We are definetly happy with the service and storage unit.
This was by far the best storage experience I've ever had! Easy to find, quiet location, super clean, fairly priced and the managers were helpful and friendly. Mrs. Cooksey was super! She made us feel like family and addressed each of our needs/questions. I wouldn't recommend any other storage company other than CubeSmart. I was so pleased and impressed that when I moved to my new state, I rented a CubeSmart here too.
I have rented storage space here for about 1 1/2 years now. I like the service provided as the staff is always professional, the place is clean and pretty quiet. Storage unit has not had any sort of weather / water problems.
